I really did plan on blogging more, but seem to have come down with strep. For now, here's an example of my lunches while I have been doing the weight loss challenge.
Turkey bacon BLT's:
- 3 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cut up roma tomato
- 1 whole lettuce leaf
- olive oil mayo (1 tsp)
- toasted rye bread
And, and avocado on the side. :)
This is one of my favorite lunches, and is really pretty healthy!!
